Sebastian Hofstetter has started to work as a research fellow in the EFRE-funded FORMAT project as well as FORMAT continuum since 2018. Both have been the reference project for ICR in Pristina. His tasks are nursing science with a focus on digital transformation, and intercultural aspects of nursing care as well as development of evidence based concepts for teaching and training approaches regarding the development of generalist nursing care competencies. He brings his experiences as registered nurse as well as his intercultural and digital competencies into the ongoing project.
